Our pool technicians are trained to pay attention to detail, properly identify equipment malfunction(s), and turn them into our service department for further diagnosis. Each pool technician treats each client with care as if the client’s pool were their own. All our pool technicians are required to stay up to date on their training and attend routine training classes/workshops to provide quality service to every client. Our supervisors also perform regular quality checks on each pool to ensure our pool technicians are providing the best service possible each week.

• 10-point computerized water testing – monthly
• Complete balancing of water levels – monthly
• Backwashing filter and recharging with DE – monthly

• Equipment checks and priority with our service department – weekly
• Inspection visit report emailed post visit
